Minamicho is a beautiful coastal town on the Shikoku Island that is famous for the Ohama sandy beach where sea turtles visit and hatch. There is also the Yakuoji temple of the Shikoku 88 temple pilgrimage. The main house was built in the early 1980s with fine craftsmanship. There is a spacious balcony on the 2nd floor to enjoy the mountain views and barbeques with friends and family. Upgrade to the bathrooms and toilets is recommended but the house itself is in livable condition.
This property includes farmland and can only be purchased by someone who can live in the house full-time.
