A land for both residential & commercial use right by the inlet of Tsukumo bay, the eastern part of Noto Peninsula which is calm throughout the year. Tsukumo bay is part of a national park and marine park with a beautiful rias coastline of deep emerald green. It literally means "99 Bay" which was said to have originated to the fact that it has 99 coves. From spring to fall, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as SUP, fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing boats and more. This property includes a wooden factory (built 1969) used for fish processing and storage, a two-storey wooden house, and 3 other small storages.
